I was born and raised in Memphis. Before real estate, I worked full time as a pharmacist, though I've always had an entrepreneurial side. I also opened a clothing store selling women's dresses and men's suits.
We bought our family home in 2006, and I bought my first rental in 2007. Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki sparked my interest in investing. Conversations with other investors led me to get my real estate license in 2016.
I began helping people I'd known for years buy their first homes. My own first experience with a Realtor stayed with me, and I wanted my clients' best interests to guide my work. I studied the market like I was back in pharmacy school.
Working as a pharmacist had taught me how to explain complex information clearly. That came in handy when I began guiding people through their first home purchase.
By 2018, I'd been flipping homes and helping people buy and sell. I wanted to grow in my faith by leaving the pharmacist role behind, become self-employed and learn to depend more on God to bring forward opportunities where I could have a greater impact on people’s lives.
With my wife's support, I committed to building a real estate business that would allow me to leave the corporate world.
So I dedicated myself to mastering the art and science of selling real estate and my business started growing through word of mouth and referrals.
Today, I'm a broker serving buyers and sellers in Greater Memphis. I help homeowners sell their current home and move smoothly into the next one, and I also work with people buying their first home. I love negotiating for my clients and working to get them the best outcome.
Handing someone the keys to their home and seeing the relief when a seller's home sells are still some of the most rewarding parts of my work. I'm grateful to help people move forward with their lives.
